SOSIALISASI IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI PEMERINTAHAN DAERAH (SIPD) GUNA MENINGKATKAN AKUNTABILITAS PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DAERAH PADA BAGIAN PROTOKOL DAN KOMUNIKASI PIMPINAN KOTA BATU

Abstract

This Community Service aims to analyze the extent to which SIPD will be implemented in 2023, especially in the sub-section of regional financial management in the Batu City Leadership Protocol and Communication Section. From the results of the problem mapping, it can be seen that the regional financial system cannot be integrated or centralized. This can result in a weak financial realization monitoring system and frequent double entry of financial data systems. The existence of these problems has an impact on regional financial accountability which is less than valid. Therefore, the PKM team wants to make a contribution in the form of developing material regarding procedures for implementing SIPD, especially in regional financial management. It is hoped that carrying out PKM activities can contribute to performance accountability and financial reporting. PKM activities were carried out on August 8 2023 in the Protocol and Communication Section of Batu City which is located at Among Tani City Hall Building A Floor 4 Jalan Panglima Sudirman No 507 Batu City. The results of the activities carried out showed that there was a positive response from the financial management staff in the Protocol Section and Leadership Communication. Understanding the correct implementation of SIPD can provide a performance reference guide so that centralized or integrated financial management can be realized.
