Abstract

The results of the initial problem mapping showed that there were problems during the process of taking queue numbers when registering patients at the Cisadea Health Center. Because of this, the PKM team took the initiative to offer a solution, namely creating a digital queue number application. This application was developed to simplify the process of taking queue numbers by patients. PKM activities will be carried out for one month from 10 July 2023 to 5 August 2023 at the Cisadea Health Center located at Jl. Cisadea No.19, Purwantoro, Kec. Blimbing, Malang City, East Java. The results of the activity showed a positive response from both patients and staff at the Cisadea Community Health Center. The queue number application developed has been proven to increase the effectiveness of services and make it easier for officers not to waste time in the patient registration process.
