Initial observation results showed that there were problems when calling the counter at the Pandanwangi Health Center. Because of this, the PKM team took the initiative to offer several solutions, including (1) Patient Education; (2) Transparency of Counter Calling; and (3) Digitalization of the Patient Registration Process. One method used is making videos. Making a video of the counter call service flow aims to reduce the vulnerability of new patients to complaints against officers at the Pandawangi Community Health Center. Puskesmas often receive complaints because patients are confused about the flow of calling the queue number counter. PKM activities will be carried out for one month from 10 July 2023 to 5 August 2023 at the Pandanwangi Health Center located at Jl. Rear Admiral Adi Sucipto No. 315, Pandanwangi, Kec. Blimbing, Malang City, East Java. The results of the activity showed a positive response from both patients and staff at the Pandanwangi Community Health Center. Education has helped patients understand how the counter call service flow information system and maximize the benefits of existing mainstream media. Transparency of registration information allows patients to understand the process before coming to the registration location.
