PEMBUATAN CHAT BOT DENGAN APLIKASI AUTORESPONDER WHATSHAPP PADA PENDAFTARAN PASIEN ONLINE POLI KIA DI PUSKESMAS KEDUNGKANDANG KOTA MALANG

Abstract

Online health service registration has been widely implemented by health service facilities. The online registration method aims to make it easier for patients to register without having to visit the location in person. Online registration media provided by health facilities range from WhatsApp, websites, to other applications developed by these health facilities. This study aims to create a Whatshaap Chat Bot (automatic message reply) with the WhatsApp Autoresponder application for online patient registration services at the MCH poly and use the WhatsApp Chat Bot (automatic message reply) with the Whatshapp Autoresponder application for Online patient registration services at the MCH poly. The method of implementing community service using a qualitative approach found many complaints due to the long chat response from the officers so that making a chat book was necessary. With the Chat Bot Autoresponder wa, it can make it easier for officers to carry out patient registration services online using WhatsApp messages and the time used to reply to incoming chats is relatively fast.
