IMPLEMENTASI PEMANFAATAN APLIKASI GOOGLE FORM BAGI PETUGAS REKAM MEDIS UNTUK PELACAKAN ANTENATAL CARE DI PUSKESMAS KEDUNG KANDANG KOTA MALANG

Abstract

Storage of medical record files for pregnant women is carried out in outpatient care with a centralized storage system, while examinations for pregnant women are carried out in the inpatient or emergency room building which is about 100 meters to the north from the outpatient building. This causes officers, namely doctors or midwives, to have difficulty accessing patient visit histories when pregnant women with old patient status suddenly visit the inpatient building at night. The purpose of this study is to make it easier for officers, in this case doctors or midwives, to be able to access patient history data for pregnant women using the Google Forms application. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach to data collection methods in the form of interviews and observations. The results showed that it was difficult for officers to access the visit history of pregnant women, namely because the medical records were stored in a storage area in the outpatient building 100 meters from the inpatient building where at that time there were no more officers in the outpatient department who could deliver because the outpatient building is closed at 15.00. it can be helped by the Google form application which contains the latest data on antenatal care, so officers have no trouble finding patient data for pregnant women who suddenly have to go to the puskesmas
