Abstract

Collaborative governance is one of the concepts in public policy that has developed in the last few decades. Collaborative is very relevant to be implemented in a process of accelerating state tasks and functions. One of them is the implementation of the core tax administration system (Coretax). The problems that currently arise are the compliance that continues to be faced by the Directorate General of Taxes as well as law enforcement against taxpayers and tax avoidance that is difficult to monitor. Therefore, Coretax training is the way that we can provide in the context of knowledge, understanding and how to overcome these problems. The community service activities carried out aim to provide an understanding of an innovation to create a more inclusive, efficient and reliable tax system. Community service is carried out at the Batu City Regional Secretariat with the method of socialization and training for the secretariat treasurer and the Letter of responsibility (LOR) making team for the protocol and leadership communication section.
