PEMBUATAN PANDUAN PENGELOLAAN REKAM MEDIS ELEKTRONIK (RME) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN EFISIENSI PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DI PUSKESMAS BARENG, KOTA MALANG

Abstract

This community service activity aims to develop a guideline for the management of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) at Puskesmas Bareng, Malang City. EMR is a digital system that replaces paper-based medical records, allowing for more efficient and secure storage and access to patient health data. The implementation of EMR at Puskesmas is expected to improve the quality of healthcare services, accelerate clinical decision-making processes, and reduce administrative errors commonly found in conventional methods.This guideline is designed to help healthcare workers understand and operate the EMR system accurately. The process of creating the guideline includes a needs analysis, the development of standard
operating procedures, and dissemination to all involved medical personnel. Additionally, the guideline incorporates aspects of data privacy and security policies in accordance with applicable regulations.The outcomes of this activity are expected to improve operational efficiency at Puskesmas Bareng, minimize errors in patient data management, and enhance patient satisfaction through faster and better-coordinated services. This guideline also serves as an important reference for healthcare workers in adapting to information technology in healthcare, especially in medical data management.
