Abstract

One of the Retention problems at the Kedungkandang Health Center are still being carried out manually by recording inactive medical record data into a retention aid book and there are some data such as patient diagnoses, patient disease codes not recorded, photo documentation and no schedule for medical record officers to carry out retention so that the record files inactive medical records are still piling up, this makes the storage shelves full because inactive medical records are still one in the active medical record file storage rack. The purpose of this service is to make it easier for officers in the retention process and save inactive medical record data, so the solution offered is the creation of an Appsheet application design with photo documentation. So that when there is a request for medical record file data that has been retained by officers, they can find it easly because the data is stored in the application.
