Perancangan Tata Kelola Ruang Filing Berdasarkan Teori Ergonomi Di Puskesmas Dau Kabupaten Malang

Abstract

The management of the filling room or storage of medical record documents at the Dau Community Health Center, Malang Regency is an important aspect in ensuring efficiency, safety and quality of health services. However, initial observations show that the conditions of the storage space and shelves for storing medical record documents do not fully meet the required ergonomic standards. Some of the main problems include cramped space conditions, lack of adequate lighting, and temperature and humidity problems. Lack of human resources, especially medical record officers, is also an obstacle in effective management of medical record documents. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to redesign the management of the filling room based on ergonomic principles. Improving infrastructure, training for officers, redesigning filling rooms, monitoring and collaborating with related parties are steps that need to be taken. In this way, it is hoped that it can improve the efficiency, security and quality of medical record document management at the Dau Community Health Center.
