Pembuatan Desain Leaflet Prosedur Pendaftaran Dalam Upaya Peningkatan Efektifitas Implementasi Rekam Medik Elektronik (RME) Terhadap Waktu Pelayanan Pasien Di Puskesmas Dinoyo

Abstract

Puskesmas is one of primary health care facilities and must be able to answer the main challenges of basic health services. The quality of Puskesmas services can be measured one way by accreditation. One of the aspects measured in accreditation is the management of medical records, especially those carried out electronically. Electronic Medical Records Management (EMR) is expected to have various impacts on the quality of health services, one of which is reducing waiting times because services are
relatively faster which has an impact on improving the quality of health services. However, in the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) at the Puskesmas Dinoyo, there is still a backlog of patients which causes relatively longer waiting times. After analyzing the situation and interviewing the patient, it was found that the patient did not bring complete documents because he did not know the registration procedure. So this Community Service activity found a solution to this problem by designing a registration procedure leaflet in an effort to increase the effectiveness of the implementation of the Electronic Medical Record (RME) on patient service time at the Puskesmas.
