Abstract

This service aims to identify and overcome existing problems in population administration services at the Singosari District Office, Malang Regency, through developing facilities and infrastructure as well as increasing human resource (HR) capacity. Based on the results of observations and interviews, several main obstacles were found, namely the lack of optimal facilities and infrastructure, such as KTP printing machines which often experience problems, lack of accessibility facilities for the elderly and people with disabilities, and incomplete information boards. Apart from that, limited capabilities and
low work motivation of officers also hinder the effectiveness of services.
The approach used in this research includes improving and maintaining KTP printing machines, providing special facilities for the elderly and people with disabilities, as well as revitalizing and digitizing information boards. In terms of increasing human resource capacity, regular training programs, workshops and mentoring are carried out to improve officers' work skills and motivation. The results of the service show that by developing adequate facilities and infrastructure as well as increasing human resource capacity, there is a significant increase in the efficiency and quality of population administration services. The public has become more satisfied with the services provided, as demonstrated by reduced waiting times and increased trust in government agencies. This research suggests that human resource development and capacity building programs should be carried out on an ongoing basis to ensure more responsive and inclusive public services in the future.
