PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENDAFTARAN PASIEN RAWAT JALAN DI PUSKESMAS GRIBIG

Abstract

In patient registration, supporting facilities or tools are needed to support the course of the patient registration process at the Puskesmas. The supporting tool is the Puskesmas Management Information System (SIMPUS). This SIMPUS is needed as a process of filling in identity data, diagnosis, and patient health information. The purpose of this service is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of health services at the Gribig Health Center through the application of information technology in the patient registration process This type of research at the Gribig Health Center uses Research And Development research using the Define Design & Development stage. The result of this service is an outpatient registration information system that is easy to use by Gribig Health Center staff. This system can also provide reports and statistics that are useful in decision making at the Puskesmas. It is hoped that with this information system, the outpatient registration process at the Gribig Health Center will become more efficient and effective, as well as provide better health services for the community.
